Dutch Fund's Suit Over $565M In Credit Suisse MBS Survives

Law360, New York (December 11, 2012, 5:20 PM EST) -- A New York state judge has refused to dismiss a Dutch pension fund’s suit accusing Credit Suisse Group AG of fraudulently selling it $565 million in residential mortgage backed securities, ruling that the question of whether the complaint was timely should be left up to a jury.
