Judge Tosses Two Defendants In Tissue Class Action

Law360, New York (November 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A judge has dismissed two defendants from a class action in the human tissue multidistrict litigation, saying the representative plaintiffs didn't show their loved ones' organs went to Tutogen Medical Inc. and Blood & Tissue Center of Central Texas.

Judge William J.. Martini of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey said Tuesday that the class didn't have standing to sue the two companies.
