Judge Indicates Stay Unlikely In NHL, MLB Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (December 18, 2012, 7:19 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge signaled Tuesday that she would probably not grant any requests from defendants to stay, pending arbitration, a competition class action against the NHL, Major League Baseball, Comcast Corp. and DirecTV LLC over their control of sports broadcasts.
