Judge Tentatively OKs Blocking Network TV Streaming Site

Law360, Los Angeles (December 20, 2012, 7:27 PM EST) -- A California federal judge Thursday tentatively granted requests by the four major U.S. television networks to block billionaire Alki David's Aereokiller service from streaming over-the-air shows online, finding the transmissions are public performances that infringe on the networks' exclusive broadcasting rights.
