Amazon Beats Apple's False Ad Claim In 'App Store' Row

Law360, New York (January 2, 2013, 2:46 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday shot down a false advertising claim from Apple Inc.'s lawsuit accusing Inc. of infringing its “App Store” mark, saying Apple hadn't produced any evidence that consumers were fooled by Amazon's use of the term.
