NFL Tries To Sack Fan's Suit Over Saints Suspensions

Law360, Chicago (January 8, 2013, 5:51 PM EST) -- The National Football League asked a Louisiana federal court Tuesday to throw out a New Orleans Saints fan's putative class action alleging it unfairly diminished the value of Saints tickets by penalizing players and coaches, saying NFL ticket holders' rights are too limited to support the suit.
