Apple, Google, Others Want Pay Info Sealed In Hire-Pact Suit

Law360, New York (January 10, 2013, 2:37 PM EST) -- Apple Inc., Google Inc. and other top U.S. technology companies accused in an antitrust class action of forging secret hiring pacts urged a California federal judge on Wednesday to keep from public view internal information concerning employee compensation and hiring data.
