Lead Plaintiff Named In Optionable Litigation

Law360, New York (November 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- KLD Investment Management LLC has been appointed lead plaintiff in the consolidated shareholder litigation that accuses energy derivatives trading and brokerage service provider Optionable Inc. of hiding improper deals with its largest client, Bank of Montreal.

The order was handed down by Judge Lewis Kaplan, who is overseeing the putative class actions that have been consolidated in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, on Tuesday after numerous competing motions for the lead designation were filed.
