Miami Dolphins Propose $400M Stadium Renovation

Law360, New York (January 14, 2013, 7:11 PM EST) -- Stephen Ross, the owner of the Miami Dolphins football franchise, unveiled an up to $400 million renovation plan for the team's stadium on Monday, and has agreed to fund the bulk of it privately, according to a statement.

Committing the team to play at the stadium until at least 2034, Ross said he would use private funds, including his own, to back a majority of the Sun Life Stadium's construction costs.
