Nintendo Can't Use Fed. Circ. Case To Nix Patent Claims

Law360, New York (January 16, 2013, 2:31 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge said Monday that recently set Federal Circuit precedent did not warrant a reversal of his finding that Nintendo Co. Ltd. might have willfully infringed a Tomita Technologies International Inc. patent on 3-D technology.
