Law360, New York (January 25, 2013, 4:25 PM EST) -- Intellectual property law experts told the Ninth Circuit on Thursday that Dish Network Corp.'s ad-skipping digital video recorder clearly constitutes fair use, urging the court to toss aside Fox Broadcasting Co. Inc.'s copyright infringement and contract claims against the satellite television provider.
