Sirius XM Hit With Class Action Over Improper Fees

Law360, New York (February 7, 2013, 10:06 PM EST) -- Two satellite radio subscribers hit Sirius XM Radio Inc. with a putative class action in New York state court Thursday alleging it illegally charges subscribers a $2 invoice administrative fee when they pay for subscriptions using methods that aren't supposed to incur the charge.
