SeaWorld Splashed With ZIP Code Collection Suit

Law360, New York (February 8, 2013, 4:59 PM EST) -- SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment Inc.'s marine life theme park in San Diego solicits visitors to disclose their ZIP codes during credit card transactions despite privacy laws that bar such requests, a customer says in a proposed class action removed to federal court Thursday.
