Miami Dolphins Agree To $400M Stadium Upgrade Referendum

Gimenez announced Monday that the Miami Dolphins have agreed to pursue a local referendum on the football team's proposal for public funding to help renovate Sun Life Stadium, also expressing his preference to link the NFL's awarding of an upcoming Super Bowl to approval.
