By Martin Bricketto (February 13, 2013, 5:13 PM EST) -- Rutgers University and the Big East Conference are expected to update a New Jersey federal court Monday about settlement talks over the school's lawsuit to leave the sports conference without abiding by a 27-month notice period and paying a $10 million exit fee, according to court records.
