LA Planners Give Nod To $664M Millennium Hollywood Project

Law360, New York (February 20, 2013, 9:26 PM EST) -- The Los Angeles Planning Department gave a thumbs up Tuesday to a proposed $664 million mixed-use project in Hollywood, which will bring two new high-rises with apartments, hotel space and more, next to the iconic Capitol Records Building.

In a public hearing for the project, the planning department said it would be issuing a positive staff report, Brian Lewis, a spokesman for the developers, confirmed to Law360 on Wednesday.
