Judge Won't Step Away From Anonymous Hacking Case

Law360, New York (February 21, 2013, 4:29 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge whose husband, a Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP partner, was a victim of a hack by the group Anonymous will not recuse herself from the criminal case against one of the group's alleged members, she said Thursday.
