Apple Reaches Deal To Allow Jobs' Bio In E-Books Suit

Law360, New York (March 4, 2013, 7:06 PM EST) -- The plaintiffs in a proposed class action accusing Apple Inc. and several publishers of fixing prices for e-books have agreed to drop their push to compel a journalist to turn over materials related to his authorized biography of Apple Inc. founder Steve Jobs, after reaching an understanding on the book’s admissibility at trial.
