General Dynamics To Face New Trial Over Fatal Explosion

Law360, New York (March 8, 2013, 6:08 PM EST) -- Military equipment systems supplier General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products Inc. will have to face a new trial over a deadly military training explosion in Hawaii after the Ninth Circuit found Thursday that a lower court had wrongly treated an U.S. Army investigator’s testimony as lay opinion.
