Indirect Purchasers Pipe Fittings Price-Fixing Suit Tossed

Law360, New York (March 19, 2013, 4:18 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Monday threw out a putative antitrust class action brought by indirect purchasers of ductile iron pipe fittings who accused McWane Inc. and other producers of fixing prices for the products, finding that the plaintiffs haven’t shown they were actually injured by the alleged conduct.
