Airlines In 9/11 Suit Defend Reduced-Damages Claim

Law360, New York (March 28, 2013, 9:23 PM EDT) -- A group of airlines on Thursday defended their claim that they are owed a 90 percent reduction in any damages awarded to World Trade Center owners in a New York federal court dispute over 9/11 costs, saying the owners failed to offer any substantive arguments against their claim.
