Law360, New York (April 3, 2013, 6:41 PM EDT) -- General Motors Co. asked a New York federal judge on Tuesday to dismiss a proposed securities class action accusing the car manufacturer of concealing key details about its inventory management prior to its post-bankruptcy initial public offering, arguing that the market was actually "awash" in data about its vehicle production levels.
