Google Rips Apple Over Doc Requests In Samsung Suit

Law360, New York (April 11, 2013, 3:49 PM EDT) -- Google Inc. blasted Apple Inc. on Tuesday for dragging the search giant into court in the iPhone maker's second patent infringement case against Samsung Electronics Co., saying a dispute over discovery could have been handled easily through private channels.
