Okada Review Blasts Wynn Resorts' 'Biased' FCPA Probe

Law360, New York (April 22, 2013, 3:47 PM EDT) -- Kazuo Okada on Monday said an investigation commissioned by his attorneys has found fault with Wynn Resorts Ltd.’s 2012 probe that alleged the Japanese billionaire and his companies violated the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and led to Okada’s loss of a 20 percent stake in the casino empire.
