FedEx Wage Class Snuffed Under Comcast Ruling

Law360, New York (April 26, 2013, 1:50 PM EDT) -- Citing the U.S. Supreme Court's recent ruling in Comcast Corp. v. Behrend, a California federal judge on Thursday refused to certify a class of hourly Federal Express Corp. employees who claimed the shipping giant violated state overtime laws.
