NFL Players Say Contract Overrides Workers' Comp Laws

Law360, New York (April 29, 2013, 10:33 PM EDT) -- The NFL Players Association on Monday asked a New York federal court to declare that its collective bargaining agreement with the league trumped state laws when it came to calculating how much of injured players' workers' compensation payments teams can collect to offset those sidelined players’ wages.
