Sony Open Promoter's Suit Over Tennis Stadium Tossed

Law360, Miami (May 15, 2013, 4:07 PM EDT) -- A Florida state judge on Wednesday dismissed a lawsuit brought by the organizer of the Sony Open tennis tournament, saying a dispute over expansion of a Miami-area playing facility was not ripe for litigation since there was no agreement in place for the project.
