Time Warner Beats Road Runner Ad Suit In 2nd Circ.

Law360, New York (May 6, 2013, 5:19 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Monday dismissed a proposed class action accusing Time Warner Inc. of running misleading ads that its Road Runner Internet service offers a “blazing speed” connection despite allegedly employing tactics that slow down the connection.
