Vijay Singh Teed Off At PGA Over Drug Suspension

Law360, New York (May 8, 2013, 6:39 PM EDT) -- Professional golfer Vijay Singh on Wednesday accused PGA Tour Inc. of wrongfully suspending him and withholding earnings for using “deer antler spray,” arguing the organization lacked adequate scientific evidence that using the spray qualified as “doping,” according to a suit filed in New York state court.

The PGA didn't know enough about the allegedly illicit spray when it decided in February  to suspend Singh and withhold his earnings from five golf events, according to the suit filed in New York Supreme Court in New York County....
