Law360, Los Angeles (May 9, 2013, 5:42 PM EDT) -- Shaquille O'Neal's former record label partner urged the Ninth Circuit on Thursday to restore his contract breach lawsuit alleging the basketball star ordered gang members to kidnap him to prevent a sex tape featuring the athlete from being released, arguing that a lower court erroneously ruled the complaint was time-barred.
