SF Giants' $1.6B Project Takes Step Ahead With Panel's Nod

Law360, New York (May 14, 2013, 8:46 PM EDT) -- The San Francisco Board of Supervisors unanimously approved a term sheet Tuesday afternoon with the developers of a proposed $1.6 billion mixed-used waterfront development being spearheaded by the San Francisco Giants and Maryland developer Cordish Cos.

The board's 11 members all voted to approve the term sheet for the so-called Mission Rock Project during Tuesday's meeting, a board spokesman confirmed in an email.
