Kobe Bryant To Mediate With Auction House Before Trial

Law360, New York (May 14, 2013, 8:50 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Tuesday ordered attorneys for basketball star Kobe Bryant into a court-guided mediation with an auction house in the hopes of avoiding a June trial over the planned auction of memorabilia Bryant says he never consented to sell.
