Coca-Cola Can't Flush TCPA Text Spam Action

Law360, New York (May 23, 2013, 1:43 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday rejected The Coca-Cola Co.'s bid to shut down a nationwide class action accusing it of text-spamming consumers, saying the complaint's lack of specific detail can be cleared up during discovery and is not grounds for dismissal.
