Lockheed Pension Participants Seek Class Cert. In 7th Circ.

Law360, Chicago (May 29, 2013, 3:05 PM EDT) -- A lawyer for Lockheed Martin Corp. pension plan participants told the Seventh Circuit on Wednesday that a class should be certified in the suit alleging Lockheed caused $293 million in plan losses, but a Lockheed attorney said the suit brought a misrepresentation claim unfit for class treatment.
