Unpaid Hearst Interns Seek 2nd Circ. Review of Wage Claims

Law360, Los Angeles (May 30, 2013, 9:54 PM EDT) -- Former Hearst Corp. interns suing the publisher for unpaid wages asked a New York federal court Wednesday to permit immediate appeal of its order denying them class certification, saying the Second Circuit should weigh in on whether the unpaid interns are employees under federal and state law.
