US Appeals Raytheon's $60M Win In Pension Dispute

Law360, New York (May 30, 2013, 6:26 PM EDT) -- The U.S. government on Tuesday asked the Federal Circuit to reverse a $59.2 million judgment in favor of Raytheon Co. in a dispute that could have great impact on the government's obligation to pay for the pension deficits of sold-off business units of government contractors.
