CBS Corp. Goes All In On TV Guide's Digital Brands

Law360, San Francisco (May 31, 2013, 8:50 PM EDT) -- CBS Corp. has wholly acquired TV Guide Digital, including the website and TV Guide Mobile, the company announced Friday — two months after the company snapped up a 50 percent stake in TV Guide’s cable network and website from Lionsgate Entertainment Corp. for about $100 million.
