Publishers 'Coordinated' E-Book Deals, Amazon Exec Says

Law360, New York (June 6, 2013, 2:58 PM EDT) -- An Inc. executive testified Thursday in New York that U.S. publishers undertook a "coordinated effort" to have the retailer cede control over e-book pricing immediately following the launch of the iPad in 2010, as the first week of the government's antitrust trial against Apple Inc. concluded.
