Bloomberg Blasts 'Disgruntled' Ex-Worker's OT Class Bid

Law360, New York (June 7, 2013, 5:33 PM EDT) -- Bloomberg LP on Thursday urged a New York federal court to rebuff a former information technology employee's request for certification of a class to bring overtime claims, calling the named plaintiff a “disgruntled former employee” who was not eligible for overtime.
