Mercedes Gas Leak Class Suit Survives

Law360, New York (June 10, 2013, 3:35 PM EDT) -- A Georgia federal judge on Friday trimmed several claims from a proposed class action that alleges some Mercedes-Benz USA LLC vehicles have a defect that causes gasoline leaks, but also allowed some fraudulent concealment and state consumer protection law claims to proceed.
