Buchanan Ingersoll Pays $12M To End Adelphia Investor Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (June 14, 2013, 9:54 PM EDT) -- Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC has reached a $12 million settlement with lead plaintiffs in a putative class action arising from multidistrict litigation over alleged artificial inflation of Adelphia Communications Corp.'s debt securities more than a decade ago, according to documents filed Friday in New York federal court.
