Law360, New York (June 17, 2013, 1:36 PM EDT) -- A proposed class of cable subscribers accusing Comcast Corp. of monopolizing the Philadelphia market in a long-running antitrust suit have offered to trim their class to survive in Pennsylvania federal court after its defeat in the U.S. Supreme Court in March.
