LA Council Certifies Enviro Report For $664M Project

Law360, New York (July 24, 2013, 4:35 PM EDT) -- The Los Angeles City Council on Wednesday certified the environmental impact report for a $664 million Hollywood apartment, hotel and office project, despite allegations that city staff had signed off on fraudulent information and that state agencies were investigating the developer's geological studies.
