Kuwaiti Co. Sues KBR To Secure $12.6M Arbitration Win

Law360, Chicago (June 21, 2013, 5:36 PM EDT) -- A Kuwaiti food services company sued a KBR Inc. affiliate Thursday to enforce a $12.6 million arbitration award it won against the military contractor in a dispute over an Iraq War subcontract.

Plaintiff Gulf Catering Co. For General Trade and Contracting WLL subcontracted with Houston-based KBR in 2004 to provide food in dining halls for U.S. troops in Mosul, Iraq.
