Miami Ballpark Contractor Wants Workers' FLSA Claims Nixed

Law360, Miami (June 24, 2013, 3:09 PM EDT) -- Concrete company Baker Construction Enterprises LLC asked a Florida federal court Monday to boot a putative class action brought by workers who helped build the Miami Marlins' stadium, arguing that they had no Fair Labor Standards Act claims.

M.
