Verizon Faces Class Action Over FiOS Bundling Charges

Law360, New York (July 1, 2013, 3:22 PM EDT) -- Verizon Communications Inc. is accused of reneging on promises of discounts and gifts for New Jersey customers who bought bundled FiOS phone, television and Internet service, according to a proposed class action removed Thursday to federal court.
