Lockheed Martin Settles OT Dispute With Ex-Security Worker

Law360, New York (July 8, 2013, 1:21 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Friday signed off on a settlement wrapping up the remains of a former Lockheed Martin Corp. security worker’s proposed class action accusing the defense contractor of misclassifying him and others as exempt and failing to pay overtime wages.

U.S. District Judge Cathy Ann Bencivengo granted the parties’ joint motion to dismiss and ordered the case to be closed. Terms of the settlement were not revealed.
