Korean Air Reaches $65M Deal To End Price-Fixing Suit

Law360, New York (July 8, 2013, 1:57 PM EDT) -- Korean Air Lines Co. Ltd. has agreed to a $65 million settlement of multidistrict litigation alleging the company conspired to fix prices on passenger flights between the U.S. and South Korea, according to a recent filing in California federal court.
