Minneapolis Officials Open Talks On $400M Downtown Project

Law360, New York (July 10, 2013, 3:30 PM EDT) -- A Minneapolis City Council panel on Tuesday kick-started negotiations with Ryan Cos. US Inc. and the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority over a $400 million project that proposes to bring office, residential and retail space to a five-block area next to the new Vikings Stadium.
