Law360, New York (July 15, 2013, 6:05 PM EDT) -- Workers pursuing a gender bias suit against advertising conglomerate Publicis Groupe SA urged a New York federal court Friday to grant them class certification, claiming that they easily meet the standard for certification even in light of the U.S. Supreme Court's Dukes ruling.
The plaintiffs, who are targeting Publicis as well its subsidiary MSLGroup, said that they had found compelling evidence of companywide bias against women, in spite of facing “unusually restrictive limitations” on class certification discovery.
